Hanmer Springs Pool
This stainless cabinet we installed at Hanmer Springs Hot pools in North Canterbury New Zealand is to protect and conceal and water pipes. 316 stainless.
We also do handrail work at the pools.
Hanmer Springs is a resort town in the mountains not far from our workshop. The natural sulpher hot pool complex there is visited by tourists from around the globe for relaxation and theraputic value.

We have also worked on snow plow design improvements for the local depot and help out with emergency maintenance repairs.

We have had remarkable success with our large stainless mufflers and acoustic doors (designed in association with Harris Pipes®) for the Christchurch City Council. The mufflers and acoustic door treatments have reduced sound levels to a whisper at sites around the city.
This large stainless muffler, reduced the sound emission to a hush of hot air.
Job finished at 2am!

The acoustic door at Auburn Street pump station Christchurch New Zealand designed by Graeme Harris of Harris Pipes®. The sound level was reduced well below council requirements. After this was found to be achievable, They raised their standards to match!

2 large stainless silencers to quieten the neighbourhood
NIWA - National Institute of Water and Atmospheric

Designed and built in association with Harris Pipes®. We built this 6m long stainless scientific instrument for NIWA. It was very exacting work and took months. The stainless frame is lined with thick perspex to form a water sluice. It has an Italian irrigation pump for a flow of 1 - 2 mps. For testing biological agents.
